Project Brief: Create superior affordable accommodation for students or first-time buyers.
Core Concept: Through ‘clever’ design, reduce clutter and create a sense of space in small units (18m2-33m2).
We integrated shelving and built-in cupboards within the feature wall, and ensured that all bathrooms had natural light. Roof units were created with a terrace and a view of the city.
