Shopping Centre, Ouklip
A new modern landmark.
Project Brief: A proximity shopping centre.
Core Concept: the site being at a big intersection, the intention was to have a building with a strong design, to make a statement and work as a landmark.
The building is a modern composition of simple volumes of different colours. The vehicle access is from the back, the all site slops to provide some extra parking underneath the main building. The covered piazza creates a sense of entrance. Restaurants are based on the first floor, using the roof as terraces to enjoy the view.
