A new shopping centre at a major road intersection.

Project Brief: A medium size shopping centre that could accommodate a petrol station and a medical centre.

Core Concept: because of the low urban density, we designed a shopping centre that could frame the site and give a strong presence to the road intersection.

The high steel canopy signals the entrance as well as covers the terrace for the take away places. The different elements like the petrol station and medical centre are independent but spatially work together with the rest of the centre. We used a modern design with robust finishes to suit the environment.
