Project Brief: A residential complex for the elderly that feels like a small village.
Core Concept: Community living for people who have retired from work but not life. A core feature of the village is the landscaping with green squares, pedestrian paths, cultivated parks, and cobblestone streets.
The accommodation ranges from one, two and three bedrooms cottages, one or two bedroom flats, mid and frail care. The facilities include shops, library, church, club house, wellness centre, reception and administration.
