Project Brief: Create a relaxing environment in Limpopo that feels like an exotic Moroccan retreat.
Core Concept: Combine the privacy of Medina-style ‘courtyard’ living with a sense of communal space.
We grouped the residences around a group of amenities (gym, place of worship, street café, shops) that create a common destination. Each block of houses looks onto a green square with benches and kiosks.
